Superior Educator & Mentor

As a new educator I came into the field nervous and excited. Landing a position with such a wonderful system as the Department of Defense it was tough being the new young girl on the block around such seasoned educators. Rachael, as the first grade team lead, took me right under her wing and gave me all of the tools needed to become a successful teacher. She's creative, inventive, organized, and always going the extra mile for her students. She is a team player, resilient, and able to really push herself in the classroom for the well being of her students. Honestly, any school would be beyond blessed (and honestly, have hit the jackpot) to hire her!
